Chef Cedric Junearick

Chef Cedric Junearick is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Norfolk, Virginia. He also has a BS in Business from Philander Smith College in Arkansas. Over the past 16 years he has been in the culinary field, Chef Cedric has built a reputation of being caring, committed and consistent in all types of customer service. He focuses on meeting the needs and expectations of his customers.

 Cedric has catered functions for 2 to 2,000 customers. He also has expertise in high volume food service in retail, healthcare, hotels and sporting events. He has catered a number of prestige events including events for the Vice President of the NBA, CEO's of various companies, physicians and the Mayor of Birmingham.

He takes pride in providing excellent service to each and every client. He is known for staying on the cutting edge of the culinary industry.

"Bob the Baker"

Bob started in the culinary arts field at the age of 13 while working in a European "from scratch" bakery in Massachusets. His Grandmother was a pastry chef so he claims to have been "born in a pastry box." Bob specializes in wedding cakes, mini pastries, custom cakes, Belgin chocolate truffle and Italian sweet cheese pie.

Looking for something new? Bob will create your own signature dessert. Or you might want to consider the more traditional Italian rum cake, tiramisu or our own coffee blend with some fresh fruit tarts.

We also make some of our own specialty breads, rolls and savory sandwich breads. All are baked the old rustic way -- no artificial ingredients!

Bob has owned and operated bakery/cafes in two states before moving to Alabama. He is well known for old fashioned slow roasted Italian dishes, European pastries, tortes and items too numerous to list.
